Business Development Executive


Job description

To promote / sell & do the marketing for Gladwin range of IT / Collaborations Solutions / Electronics / AV / Hi-tech digital platform to educational sector / R&D institutions / Universities / Medical / Eng. Colleges / Govt. Sector / Corporate sector.

Finding new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and researching competitors.

Developing relationship with Clients, partners, and sponsors to generate repeat business.

Developing business strategies, sales tactics, and presentation for potential clients.

Identifying and generating new business opportunities building relationship with potential clients and driving revenue growth.

Conduct market research and do analysis to understand clients requirements, create business plans, generate progress report and create presentations.

Tracking business performance and using metrics to evaluate the growth of connections.

We require Young male/female dynamic University Graduates / BBA / MBA /B.TECH / BCA etc with good Academic Grades in their respective educational qualification with flair of good fluent spoken and written English language. Candidates from the Prestigious English Medium educational institutional background preferred.

You should be in the, age group of 20-25 years, willing to work in Delhi/NCR region and other parts of India. We would like to train/ groom and nurture the future Managers and make you an advance hi-tech marketing professional.

CTC includes salary / variable income components / perks / PF etc. The CTC to the Exp. candidates min (0-3yrs) will starts from Rs. 3 – 5 lacs PA, depending on your candidature / experience. The package also includes extra incentives earning in few Lacs PA depending upon your hard work and earning performance potential. Fresher’s Graduate are encouraged to apply.

Good candidates selected for work can be placed abroad to our any Foreign Bases, after One Year of regular proven service in the Gladwin Group of Companies.
